The owner of Zlato, Louise Ross, believes that jewellery with a timeless design, combined with quality product and attention to detail gives the wearer a feeling of confidence and satisfaction. Louise has been in Parnell for almost 5 years, and has many years of practical experience as a jeweller behind her.

With help from Matthew — a very accomplished jeweller, for the hands on work at the bench, Louise is able to offer a wide range of options in house, with a practical approach which means we’re not “too special” for anybody.

She has designed catches and clasps for those with limited use of their hands, re-designed jewellery that had been inherited but was not suitable for every day wear, and created jewellery that will become the family heirloom for years to come. Louise enjoys nothing more than meeting the challenge of designing jewellery that meets all a womans needs! Look, function and the “wow” factor are all essential.

Zlato has some wonderful stories to tell as a result of their very personal appproach. Louise prides herself in being the type of person that other women are happy to give their spouse/partners phone numbers to! Presents have been hidden by fountains, tied to kittens and sent with flowers!

Apart from being a lot of fun, this inside information is a guarantee for success. Louise can deal with insurance claims due to loss or theft and have you smiling again, with a minimum of fuss.
