Parnell has been Zlato’s home since 2005, with Kelvin Ricketts taking ownership on1 October 2010. Kelvin believes in the essence of Zlato and the belief that jewellery holding a combination of timeless design, quality material and attention-to-detail instils the wearer with a feeling of confidence and an essence of pride. Kelvin welcomes you to Zlato, and delights in assisting you in finding or designing your perfect piece of jewellery.

Matthew Street is Zlato’s resident jeweller. During the week, you will find Matthew in store at his jeweller’s bench, where he ignites and displays the old school charm of a quality skilled artisan. Matthew’s practical approach to jeweller design, and Kelvin’s “can do” attitude means that Zlato is not viewed as being “too special” for anybody or any job.

Zlato is renowned for designing jewellery catches and clasps for those with limited use of their hands, re-modelling inherited jewellery that is no longer suitable for every daywear, and creating jewellery that will become a family heirloom for years to come.
